PVC 3 Way Ball Valve
Ball valves are generally used for on/off services, but they can also range from simple on-site structures to high-end industrial designs with many functions and advantages. Multi-port ball valves allow mixing, diverting, and bypassing of flow.
Three-way ball valve: A valve with 3 ports, all of which can be input or output. One is L type and the other is T type. L and T refer to the hollow of the core and the shape of the resulting open branches. For example, the sphere of a T-port valve has three cavities, causing the three branches of the valve to be opened, similar to the shape of a T.
1. The T-shaped core changes the flow direction of the medium, splitting and mixing
A. Input from the A terminal, output from the B terminal, the handle rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the medium flow direction changes from the A terminal input and the B terminal output to the C terminal output. The handle rotates 90 degrees clockwise, and the output of the medium changes from the C end to the B end.
B.Input from end B and output from end A, the handle rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the flow direction of the medium changes from end B input and end A output to end C output, the handle rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the medium returns to end A output.
Input from the C terminal and output from the A terminal, the handle rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the medium flow direction is input from the C terminal and can be output from the A terminal and the B terminal at the same time. Continue to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the medium can only be input from the C terminal and output from the C terminal. The handle rotates 90 degrees clockwise, and the medium can be input from the C terminal, and the A and B terminals are output at the same time, which plays a role of shunting. The flow direction of the medium is changed from C terminal input and B terminal output to A terminal output.
The T-shaped ball core design means that you cannot completely close the valve, because no matter how you adjust it, there will always be at least two branches open.
The L-shaped core changes the flow direction of the medium
Input from the C terminal and output from the B terminal, the handle rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the medium flow direction changes from the C terminal input and the B terminal output to the A terminal output, the handle rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, and the medium returns to the B terminal output.
